are currently seeking qualified applicants to fill key positions
in our organization for the following titles.
Landscape Construction Supervisors These individuals would be responsible for the day-to-day operations of multiple crews (3-5). Daily tasks would involve meeting certain crews at the office, as well as other crews on jobsites, each morning to assess their equipment and material needs, and provide support. Coordinating material and equipment needs with Construction Manager. Training crew foremen on paperwork procedures and collecting timesheets, daily work reports, and materials receipts daily. Coordinating new jobs with Design/Sales department for accurate start dates. Acting as client liaison with contractors, architects, and individual clients during installation process. Completing change orders and coordinating with billing department. Some field design. · Irrigation Construction Supervisors - Same as landscape but will be concentrating on large irrigation projects. Applicant will have to layout head and valve locations from irrigation plans. Make adjustments to plan in the field due to changing site conditions. Some field design.
Same as Construction Supervisors but with an emphasis on maintaining ongoing client relationships with property managers, home and business owners, and others. We are looking for interns as well as new graduates. We want people with a passion for landscaping and a desire to take their career to the next level. We can further your training.
